Collections
Often, vendors will group their products into ‘collections’. The Collection column is used to indicate that products should be grouped together this way. The import process will automatically identify all the products that have identical values in their Collection column and group them accordingly.
Example
The Grace collection is a bedroom set consisting of 4 products. Each of the products has the value ‘Grace’ in the collection column. This value will be visible to retailers and consumers.
Why do this?
(Need info)

Collection with multiple colors
If your catalog includes collections that are available in multiple finishes you can specify that as well. Use the Collection Color column to provide this information. This works in conjunction with the Collection column.
Example
The Grace collection is available in two finishes, Maple and Oak. Each of the products has the value ‘Grace’ in the collection column. The products in the maple finish have the value of ‘Maple’ in the Collection Color column. The products in the oak finish have a value of ‘Oak’ in the Collection Color column. This value will be visible to retailers and consumers.

Products available in multiple finishes or colors
Similar to the example above, you can also indicate that a product is available in multiple colors. Use the Product Color Variation column for this. (this is separate from the Color column, which is only used to communicate the color of a product). The Product Color Variation is ONLY used to group like products together and indicate they are the same product in different colors.
Example
The Grace dresser is available in two finishes, Maple and Oak. This means the maple dresser is a row in the spreadsheet, and the oak dresser is also a row in the spreadsheet. The maple dresser has a value of ‘Maple’ in the Product Color Variation column, and the row for the oak dresser has a value of ‘Oak’ in that column. This value will not be presented to retailers or consumers, it is only used to group the products.

Kit Products & Room Groups
Components for kits or room groups should be listed out in a cell with the number of components included.
Example
For a coffee table with a base and a top component, you would list the component's model number (LG-123B, LG123T) in the Components column.
Components should also be listed as their own separate products.
